The Haverstraw Chair Factory development represents a new chapter for our downtown waterfront. This mixed-use, mixed-income development at the end of Main Street will create:
•450 residential units with 70% designated as workforce affordable housing
•New retail and restaurant spaces to energize our downtown
•A publicly accessible 4-acre waterfront park system
•Housing options for seniors, veterans, young professionals, and families
•A continuous walkway connecting downtown to the shoreline
