The Village of Haverstraw is now accepting sealed bids for the construction of enhancements to our Outdoor Recreation Area located between Conklin Avenue and Partition Street. This exciting project includes the addition of:
- Two new basketball courts
- A modern playground
- Pedestrian walkways
- Retaining walls and stormwater infrastructure
- Landscaping and other community amenities
Bid Submission Deadline:

Key Dates:
- Questions due by: July 15, 2025
- Answers issued by: July 18, 2025
- Notice to Proceed expected: August 2025
- Project completion goal: December 31, 2025
- Final surfacing may extend to Spring 2026, pending weather.
